You need a invitation to open an account in gmail from a person who already have gmail account,I have 50 invitations left to be invited to open gmail account, you can email me and I can invite you to open an account in gmail

In this they keep one link " Sign up for gmail " .You just click the link and fill the details.

either u should be invited by someone or u download google talk n wen u enter activate it u will automaticaly become a g-mail user
