Sorry to hear that. I play Sims2 all the time. Its rather addicting. If you can determine what you installed last, uninstall that feature and then try running the program again to see if there is any difference. If so, whatever custom you installed may be bad. If no improvement, you made need to reinstall the body shop program again. You have to be very carefull when installing customs. They are not generally made by the makers of SIMS and may indeed do more harm than good. And, oh yeah, that Send Report button....all that does is send a message to Microsoft as to what program caused the malfunction and what the malfunction was. MSoft will not do anything to help you directly because SIMs is not their program, all they can do is upgrade their OSto prevent this problem in the future. Your best bet is to call the help desk for the SIMS2. Good Luck and hope you get it fixed.!

theres tutorials on the mod the sims 2 internet site. to recolour stuff u choose photoshop. a million. open up bodyshop > create skins > load a skintone > export it. 2. open photoshop > open skintone document (the single with .bmp on the tip) 3. in photosho choose the section u opt to recolour & click on image > hue/saturation then flow the slider to the mandatory coloration. 4. keep. you may overwrie the .bmp document for it to take result. 5. advance bodyshop back & hit refresh to work out the transformations you have made. 6. if u like it, import it into the interest, if no longer, start up back from numba 3
