I would let the citizens come up with a name.
It would have very simple straight forward laws. No killing, raping stealing, etc. Child molestation would be a capitol crime along with rape and murder.
All races and religions would be welcome.
Our government would be owned and controlled by the people for the people. No 1 person would have the right to infringe on the rights of another. Free speech a must.
Weed and alcohol would be legal but not a defense for committing crime. Example: If you get high or drunk and kill someone in your car that is murder (a capitol offense)
I believe in personal liberty, freedom and the right to make your own choices, I don't think any government has the right to tell you what to believe or think. Along with that I also believe all people are accountable for their actions and cannot blame society for their crimes.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot,, guys like coonhunter would not have long to live in my little colony. hate, racism, bigotry and intolerance infringe on the rights of others, therefore would be a crime punishable by banishment from the colony- forever.

Utopia...there would be no racism or class distinctions, everyone would thrive and there would be no financial system everything would be via a bartering system..if you have a service and you need to see the Dr...you would pay in services to him/her...education would be free as the teachers would receive all they need based on services from the communities and so on and so forth...I know I'm a dreamer I love the question!

Certainly not Utopia. "Utopia means no place". "Utopia" was Thomas More's critique of man's schemes to create prefect societies.
My colony would be called "New Jack City," since it would be created entirely of cheese.
