Can you use memory pc3200 with a computer that supports pc133 ram?

No. But PC3200 is better and PC133.

No you cant.
Go to crucial.com they make their own memory and offer a lifetime guarantee. Its clear from your question that you really don't know what memory is in your pc. Crucial have a program to detect and recommend what memory you need.
