i think family guy the cartoon with the talking dog and baby is a lame copy of the simpsons and just not any good

Seriously, on Family Guy they don't even try to hide their stealing of Simpsons material.. they will be the exact same jokes as old Simpsons episodes. New Simpsons are not so great but old Simpsons kicks Family Guy's butt every time.

Original Simpsons is good, but the years have not been well for the show and the soap box preachiness and lame repetiitve storylines trying to make a statement on society has taken away from the comical value of the show. Family Guy is fresh, does not take itself seriously like the Simpsons and mocks society like the original Simpsons, if not to a deeper level than the Simpsons, without being overly preachy and in your face. Besides, how can you not like how Family Guy parodies everything and still remain truly inpolitically incorrect. It even took a shot at the simpsons, which in turn did the same thing, but was not as effective.

Personally I say it's a tie! For sure! I dont think they copy the simpsons maggie doesnt talk nor does the dog.

Old family guy is better than the Simpson's.. and I mean the first couple seasons before it got canceled and then came back. New Family Guy kinda sucks.. WAAAYYY too many stupid flashback sequences.
However, South Park is better than both.

I LOVE the SIMPSON'S!!! But family guy is hilarious too especially Peta and Stewie--Did you watch the episode where Brian becomes a coke-head and has a coke-whore with him.. God that was funny...

i have the dvd collection of the simpsons from season one until now, i aslo like this year new episodes,
i like stewie on family guy
