Your question is overly simplistic and doesn't have a shred of reality associated with it.

Right or wrong, Moral or imoral, the people that have, control and can keep the land in question are the "owners" of the land.

Remember that the entire North American Continent already had indigenous peoples, culters and nations and frankly the white rase simply moved in, out populated the people already here, and when there were enough of us, we simply took the land for ourselves.

Don't take the above as some diatribe against "America". I am proud to be an American and am very glad that America took the land. We've done more with it in 200 years than the old residents did in thousands.

The point is that your question assigns ownership of land in Israel as inherently belonging to palestinians. You can fuel the fire with claims of history all you want...fact is that Israel belongs to Israel and anyone living there will have to do so under the laws and policies of Israel.

And so there is conflict.

Give the Israeli land to the palestinians and there will be conflict.

The issue may have undertones related to "land", but I believe that the foundation of the conflict is RACIAL/RELIGIOUS. As long as the palestinians seek to wipe out the Israeli people and abolish their government, there will be conflict.

Bottom line is that if you want to come to America to live, you can't then claim that you "own" America and have a right to kick Americans out so you can "take back" your land.

Doesn't work here in America and it doesn't work in the middle east either.

Unless of course you are a Mexican that sneaks in and is trying to take back "their land" (probably true) through out populating Americans until the point will come where they can actually succeed in taking back what they consider to be theirs. Sound familiar? Might take a while, meanwhile, want your grass cut? How about your house painted? Need someone to butcher your chickens for you? OK, how about someone to clean your house and watch over your children after school? It all contributes to one day losing part of our country. Laugh now, but your grand children will be dealing with this reality almost certainly.

There isn't much new in the way of terratorial conquest in the world. Military might. Underground "resistance" today called terrorism. Or simply just move in and produce more babies long enough until you have enough to just take over.

No, there will never be peace anywhere on earth until the day may come when we place our membership in the Human Race above our membership in a National Race. That day may come sooner if we can somehow understand that one of the major barriers in the way is the holder of "true faith" (protestant, jewish, muslim, socialism, communism etc. etc. etc.). It is the card that trumps society from becoming peaceful and being able to advance beyond our wildest dreams.

The UN created both Israel and Palestine and to those who are kept in the dark for different reasons from religious to political propaganda. The Israeli VS. Palestinian issue is for years Israel want to keep occupying land that was never part of Israel and there is not one nation recognize that land is part of Israel not one. Due to Israeli lobby propaganda in the USA most Americans are kept in the dark and most do not understand the facts of debate nor the Issues. There are some Americans who believe the Palestinians Israeli wars is as old as the holy land most Americans do not know that there are Palestinians who are Christians and Jew too.

First of all the Palestinians have NEVER had land...Palestine was a name that the Romans gave to a NOMADIC ARABS...if the other Arab countries care so much about them, why do they not give them land, or at least give back the land that they took?...remember Egypt and Syria took part of the land given to the Palestinians after the failed war with Israel...so why are they not screaming about that...oh yea it is because they hate Jews...
