I am trying to find an old friend and I am having a hard time trying to find him... I have tried reunion.com, myspace, facebook, and a whole lot of sites that come up when I put find person into yahoo search... I do not want to spend money on something that will not work, or the information may not be there.. Does anyone know of any way or any site that I can go to that does not cost money and works to find someone?

His name is Phillip Spencer and he should be about 24 or 25 years old... and he used to live in Zephyrhills/Wesley Chapel... He has blond hair and blue eyes...

If it's someone that would want to be found, I've seen people post names on here of who they are trying to find; to see if anyone knows the person.
Or go on the phonebook online and start looking everywhere!
