And if they were trying to look for other work, what would employers think of their record? Wouldn't they give them some leeway since it's not a violent crime?
I am not one, I was only curious for a friend.

i dont know about washington but i do know 4 a fact that in New Jersey the first one they may give you 7 days and a 158.00 fine and your second one up to thirty days in jail and add a 158.00 fine and your third maybe prison time. You know in New Jersey they have gotten REALLY strict on prostitution because 4 prostitutes were murdered behind a motel in november. And they never found out who did it. I dont think they bother much with victimless crimes like this.
