Assuming you're using the regular eBay site to post your auction and not their "Turbo Lister" program which does bulk listings, the reserve price box is located in the same area (slightly below) where you enter your starting price.

eBay has gone through a number of "software enhancements" (wink-wink) that is supposed to make the posting process quicker and less painful.

As a veteran seller on eBay I can tell you their "improvements" (wink-wink) leave a little to be desired so I share your frustration to a degree.

In any event if you tab through the page you should eventually see the reserve price box.

Good luck.

In order to enter a reserve price for your auction, you must first make the reserve option visible. To do this click the question mark next to the words "selling format" above where you enter your starting price. When the yellow bubble opens, click the option "show/hide options". When the customize form box opens, check the reserve price box and click save at the bottom.
Hope this helps.
