Into a forest glade. It's warm and enveloping. You can hear the sounds of insects buzzing. Birds chirping distantly. you can smell the sharp odor of pine needles. You walk and feel alone and yet you feel at peace. An animal rustles in the undergrowth and you turn, but only a glimpse of a fur and it's gone. Stop. Breathe deeply. The dappled sun plays patterns on the earth. Yeah. That's good. Imagine it. Maybe it'll help.
