That article talks about a theory of how oil is formed, I read the whole thing: no mention of actually generating oil, and no numbers that indicate this theoretical oils usability or rates of production. Without more facts, this is just an assumption.
Every resource expires eventually, even sunlight in many millions of years to come.

No, oil is not unlimited and you don't understand the peak oil theory or you wouldn't make such an un-informed statement.
The theory only states that the readily harvestable oil will be gone in about 50 years. In other words, the cheap stuff. There are other sources of oil, deeper wells, oilshale, etc. that are available but they are much more expensive to harvest.
The article you reference is based on conjecture. primarily by Dr. Thomas Gold. He was an astronomer, died in 2004. He was also something of, how can I put this kindly....a non-conformist. he spent most of his life looking up, and his theory of magma produced oil is less a theory than an opinion. He sites no research....none...on the subject, just his own opinion.
There are some scientific papers listed under the name of Dr. J.F. Kenney which I will certainly read, but if you feel so strongly about it, you should look into investing in the company Dr. Kennedy represents. Be prepared to send large sums of cash .....to Russia.

An interesting theory. Who knows if it is true or not. One thing with science is that it allows diversity of thoeries on a subject. Well except for global warming in which liberals have slammed the book and said "Case Closed!" Something similar will probably happen with the peak oil theory.

Quite possibly. No one knows how oil is formed. The old melted down dinosaur theory has pretty much been debunked. As to buying the peak oil theory, always remember that whenever a shortage of a natural resources occur es you can thank an environmentalist

There is no such thing as unlimited oil. We have oil too. But it's not enough for what we consume. We need the mass production of the Saudi Arabia oil. We have the largest mine in the world! It's just not enough for all Americans though!
Stop oil, go green!

It is irrelevant as to whether the earth will ever "run out" of oil. That's not the crisis that people are worried about.
With the development of large economies (specifically throughout Asia), the "oil crisis" is going to occur when we physically cannot pump out enough oil to sustain it- When demand starts to outweigh supply. Then prices will shoot up, and a whole bunch of catastrophic things will occur.

Plenty of oil....plenty of profits. If you had a warehouse of old coins lets say, and told everyone you only have 1000 left and jacked up the prices and make a killing. same idea.

no, it isn't. the oil is limited. it can be reproduced again but you need thousands years of animal fossil to create it.
