Yup, and for all that believe that he's not. He said back in '06 that he's above the law, and he's not going to listen to congress and continue the practice. This being on when he was secretly videotaped paying off the media in the sum of $1.6Billion over the last 2 years. By defination, when a leader states that he's above the law, we're living in a dictatorship.
