You just need the last name or your social. Go to the court house where you file and they will look it up for you.
Good luck

Do you remember what court you were in? Do you remember the year? Then all you have to do is go to the courthouse and ask for a copy. Your divorce papers are a lea gal document that was filed in a ledger and someone should be able to look it up by your name and get a copy for you.
