in luxor there are over 200 hundred net cafes every street has one at Least and the price there is 1Le to 1.50le per hour ,of course they try to charge tourists more but don't be fooled that's the price in ALexandria they are little more 3le per hour 4 months ago and not so many they are little hard to find as in back streets

There are many cyber cafés in any town in Egypt - the prices vary and changes sometimes daily or weekly. When I was in Egypt, I paid around 1 Egyptian pound per hour...This was less than € 0.10 at that time.

I can only answer about the one I used at the Hilton Green Plaza it is in a bakery. The rate was very cheap. I think I ate, drank and used the computer for less than $8.00 USD
