I had a dream which i felt like i had a big lump inside my throat, and then I started chocking, and then I coughted it out, and then a champagne glass came out of my mouth and I grabed it out; and rose it up making a toast. It is weird I know...in the class was a piece of metal, and something else I don't remember...but yeah

WoW, you must have had the most heavenly dream ever. Why? because you pulled up fine glass from out your throat and did not lose any teeth or cut your soft mouth in the process. Way to go, girl!!!! You are the greatest {STAR} in my freshman class.

sounds like the LUMP was a problem you had/have...
you "pulled it out"= solved the problem
