I'd pick Alex.
He's got that tough guy image and i thought he was going to be the meaner one of the show, but after the season two season finale, he really changed my mind and i love him. He just proves that bad guys really can have a soft side to them.

im a girl so i totally heart McDreamy, but the characters that truly touch my heart are Izzie and Addison. Izzie is very real, and so is Addison... we don't really know much about what goes on in Addison's life outside the hospital, but she is "real", makes right & wrong choices in life, and seems to be very caring

hmmm..its so hard to choose just one, I love them all!
Izzy cuz shes kinda crazy and so into her work and everyones business
Meredith, just cuz shes awesome and has "McDreamy"
Christina cuz shes so spirited and loves cutting in to people
George cuz hes sweet and couldn't hurt a fly
Callie, shes just interesting and the scenes with her and George make me laugh
Dr. Bailey cuz she is tough and keeps everyone on their toes
Dr. Shephard (McDreamy) cuz hes just so hot and could stare at him all day
Dr. Sloan (McSteamy) beacuse hes well...steamy, yet hes kinda a jerk
Addison because shes well...shes plays a great dr role, and shes great eye candy (shes the reason hubby watches it with me, lol)
Burke, well hes interesting and keeps Christina in line
Dr Webber, hes the boss so hes ok
and I dont really like Karev, hes kinda a jerk
But I love that show and don't miss an episode!

Oh it has to be Izzy, I just love her :)
Very sweet and 'real'.
My favourite are Addison and Sloan, but I really feel for Izzy and I think she deserves a break in life.

My favourite was denny...man that guy has charisma!!! The only thing keeping me from Jeffery Dean Morgan is geogaphy!! LOL But alas, he is no longer with us (denny that is not JDM LOL), so if I had to pick from the living cast I would chose George. He is a cutie patootie.

I love George because he has a certain innocence in him which is soo sweet, I like Izzie because she's a complete honest person, and I can see myself in Cristina all the way through.

I like Katie Heigl, but only cuz she was on one of my old fave's Roswell -- I love that show, so anyone who was on it touches my heart any time I see them.
