There is! If you go to Amtrak's site (http://www.amtrak.com ) and then click on routes, you'll find that there are a couple routes to NYC from Orlando :)

It's really not that confusing BUT let's say you leave NYC on 9/10 and return on 9/18, a coach ticket costs $117 each way. That is for a coach seat. Nothing is included with it. For an ADDITIONAL $198 on the trip down you can get a "Roomette" or for $618 you can get a "Bedroom". The Roomette and Bedroom both include meals. You can see the details of the Roomette vs. Bedroom at the Amtrak Site. To book a Roomette or Bedroom on the return trip is an additional cost. The train trip could cost upward of $1,000 per traveler depending on the train, date, and type of "room". It is infinitely cheaper and quicker to fly honestly.

Probably, becaue Orlando is a major tourist attraction area and that is becaue Disney World is located their and the State gets about 50% or more that they earn so i would think a train tracks built through flordia and if there is, all train tracks all link to NYC so i would have to say yes.
