is it good to sleep in ur eye contacts? or shower in them?

Don't sleep in your contacts. There is/was a brand that you could do that with, but I still wouldn't suggest it. Your eyes need a break from the contacts daily. Also, by wearing them that long, you are likely not taking them out to clean, so you would probably get an infection.
You can shower/swim or any other aquatic activity with them though. Just be careful not to flush them out of your eyes.
