Amiee,
This is considered a wedding not a vow renewal ceremony. At this point you two are not legally married for it to be considered a vow renewal ceremony. There are not any certain things that absolutely have to be done when you re-marry in this situation that I know of.
However I do suggest that you two attend marriage counseling. You might also try talking to your pastor. You want to put behind you whatever caused the first marriage to end in divorce. You want to avoid that happening again.
Just take it slow. Talk, talk talk. Just be there for one another.
Hope it all works out the way you want it to and congratulations.

My suggestion would be to make up your mind. Marriage isnt something to be turned on and off at will. Since you acquired a divorce, I dont see it as a renewal of those vows. Apparantly they didnt work the first time. I'd try some new vows that you're able to live up to. Good Luck, and PLEASE, a lotta effort !

The most important you need to do is ask yourself, why did you get divorced? Think about this question long and hard, people don't change, maybe for a moment but not
usually for the long haul.

I don't know who "Brad" is or what he's posted, but it sounds interesting...
You have to get married just as if you were marrying someone brand new. If your divorce is final, then you have to go through the whole process all over again.
Good luck.
