I've never done spray tanning but I'd assume the best thing to do is exfoliate your skin before hand and wear lose clothing, and probably let your skin dry completely before dressing again... also don't wear any moisturizer in there... it might make it blotchy or uneven. Let me know how it goes... I've been thinking about trying it for a while, and for everybody that is telling you about getting skin cancer.... this is the only proven way to get tan without being exposed to UV rays, read the question before answering.

hi,
don't listen to the 'Orange' brigade! It may have looked dodgy a few years back, but a decent, PROFESSIONALLY applied spray tan is virtually indistinguishable from the real thing.
Have a look at http://www.tropical-sunrise.com/spray-tan-gallery.html to see genuine results. I use their mobile service and it is fab. Sunbeds are lethal, why risk skin cancer?
Don't use a booth as it is a risk as to if the spray tan is even, but a pro will ensure that it is.
Exfoliate the day before, you can wear a bikini or bra and knickers, go topless or nude. Moisturise every day afterwards. SHould last 7 days, maybe up to 10 days.

I had a spray tan once - it was a SunFX one - it was fab, faded nice and gently - I wasn't orange and it didn't come off on my clothes or bed sheets. I would recommended it. Stay away from sunbeds and too much sun - honestly, you will pay for it when you get older with lots of crinkly skin!

I think they are good, usually you can choose what shade you want to go and I think people look better with a tan(not from a sun bed)

Take a shower & exfoliate before you go, wear loose clothing, dont wear make-up & dont take a shower for a couple of hours. If you need some more tips take a look at this site! I hope this helps! Good Luck :)
