2...at best

So many of my relatives and friends...even my own girlfriend and her family...have no basic knowledge of any societal issue or conflict.

I swear to God I feel like I'm with those people on the Jay Leno show who are interviewed on the street, and they are asked questions like "who is on the ten dollar bill" or "is West Virginia part of Virginia"...and they get it wrong.

Hi fellow Humanist.

I would say from 1-10 (-1).

I think people just watch biased news media

Follow like sheep

Imitate Celebs.

Do not know how to formulate logical conclusions

Are polarized too "fit in"

We are a super power through brain and brawn. When one is missing the other one suffers.

I hope everyone has the concept that nuclear arms will be the destruction of the entire world. That's why we must use brain and brawn to keep it "in check".

Hey Americans are not into Global information.

Re-post this question after the American idol season is over.

Go big Red Go

Here in the UK there was a TV programme on a few months ago where Americans were stopped on the street and asked to point to Britain, Afghanistan and Iraq on a blank world map. Almost none of them got it.

Based on that, about 2.

I'd say that 95% of the humans are "sheeple People." People who don't even want to know the truth. These are the ones who will suffer most.

A 2 --on a good day. US folks (and yes I am one myself) are generally to self consumed to follow international events and trends.
