It is not easy to have a license in Dubai,even if you already have a driving license from your home country, some countries are given the license without going through the test ( America, Canada...) if you have your license from an Arab country the new law say that you have to take at least 20 lessons to learn to driving rules in Dubai.Check with any driving school there. there is a web sight for Dubai police department, you can find all the information you need.
