I am 24 and still a virgin. I am in a steady relationship and believe it is leading to marriage. I am of the opinion that when a woman has sex with a man a part of her stays with him and vice versa. The bible is very clear about keeping the marriage bed undefiled... not the "dating" bed! It is clear that God created sex for marriage! Even the way we were physically created by God is as a vessel that receives where as men are created as the givers.This is why men can have sex and be totally emotionally unattached. But women do not have the luxury of maintaining that aloof attitude when it comes to sexual relations. How many men will take out of your essence before you are totally depleted. When you get married a virgin your husband will be so proud of it and they will always trust you. On the other hand if you are not he will always feel inadequate and think he is being compared to your previous conquests. I could go on and on but bottom line... Don't be fooled! The best gift you can give your husband on your wedding night is your virginity. All men would love to marry virgins they just pretend it doesn't matter. Hold on to it girl!

This is how I feel about it ...
You should stay a virgin till you're married.
God intended it to be that way.
But many, MANY people abuse that.
And God looks down on those people.
You don't just give your virginity to just anybody.
It is the best present you can give your future husband.
It is you... it is all of you.
If you become pregnant, you can handle it better when you're married.
You'll have that person beside you who promised to always be by your side.
It won't be some random guy or some guy who you THOUGHT loved you.
Sex makes many things complicated in an unmarried relationship.
It takes two very mature people.
You do not want to get yourself lost in everything that comes with sex.
Most people nowadays tend to just BASE their relationship on sex.
I have a boyfriend of a year that I am completely in love with. We talk about marriage and how I want to wait till our wedding day to have sex. He truly does love me... he respects me. That's when you KNOW you have a great guy. That's when you KNOW he's in love with you... when he has absolutely no problem in waiting. Actions speak louder than words...

I always said I was saving myself for marriage, but when I turned 17 I met my fiance and fell head over heels and when I was 19 it just happened. I'm not disappointed that it happened because he's the one I'm going to marry anyways. I think its great that anyone would save themselves and I respect you for it.

I didnt. But I wish I had. I went through several relationships to realize that they didnt love me. I wish I had waited until I found my husband...he is the best thing EVER. I wasted my time on everyone before him.

I did and I'm so happy i did because now i can say the i shard that first experience with only my husband. I was truly happy I waited, you will be to if that s why you are asking.

No, but I certainly wish I had. My husband was a virgin though. Stick to your guns, sleeping with a crowd isn't all it's cracked up to be.
