Its called "malicious destruction of property" which is a crime and either a Felony or a Misdemeanor depending on the value of the property destroyed!
And you should be able to file a formal complaint with your Police department or your City or County Prosecutor!
Do it and they should be able to recover or Order your father to pay you back for your loss!
Good Luck!

Are you a minor? Did you purchase the items with money you earned while a minor? If so, you don't own it, your dad does.
If you are an adult, do you live in his house rent free? If so, the cost of your upkeep is a lot more than the value of your "stuff".
Unless you are 18 years of age or emancipated, bought the items with money you earned as an adult, and pay rent, no, you can't sue him. If you don't want to live by his rules, get your own place and support yourself.

Not if you are under 18 then he owns them no matter if you paid for them or not. Better to leave alone for such a small amount. You would have more in court costs then you would get even if you won.
