Hi, i have a 7610, for some reason i cannot receive any calls but i can make calls? Is there some call barring option on this phone or some setting i can change? Where is it?

It could be that your phone has been set up for calls to diverted to voicemail. Also possible that in your tone settings its not been set to ring for all calls. You can set up a profile to only accept calls from your contacts book. Any others will go to your voicemail.

have you tried checking that all calls are not going straight to voicemail ?
