When I wake up in the morning, I feel lazy, so I turn on songs to make me active. But those songs, I spend on hours and hours, it's like addiction, once I turn, I can't stop listening to it. I have to play song after song.
At night time, it's when I do my homework because day time, it's for music. Homework takes forever so I spend hours and hours on there. Sleeping 5 hours and waking up to go to school.

If that's what u really want then u shouldn't have a problem.People change on the inside out pretty well every 10 yrs.Maybe u just need to change and it might be that u just need a change.Try something new to do in the morning.U could make a new habit of something like reading the news paper n have a coffee, exercise, sleep in.There r many things u can do but it depends on your likes and dislikes and what u enjoy n feel comfortable with. All u have to do is make yourself do it(whatever it is).Put the stereo away for a bit to discourage yourself from turning it on.Good luck n hope that helps a bit .Have a wonderful day.

This is difficult and requires your own self discipline. Write out a satisfactory and workable daily schedule for yourself. Force yourself to stick to it. Allow only the time you wrote in on your schedule and no more for any task, event. If you keep to your schedule strictly, build in an incentive or treat for yourself after keeping it for at least 2 weeks. You're sleep deprived and that's why you cannot get up in the morning. Also a culprit could be your diet or what time you are eating. You need exercise built into your schedule. It will make you look better, feel better and burn energy you need to sleep well at night. If you live with a parent, involve the parent and let them know what you're doing.

well just stop listening to so much music and concentrate on reality. Sleep a little more cause 5 hours is not a good sleeping routine especially when you are pregnant. Do your homework during school as much as possible and as soon as you get home.

I used music to wake myself up for years - from when I was a teenager til I was like 35. (after that, the significant other doesn't like loud music in the am so much, so that was that.)
Anyway, how about making a schedule? Set a time to do your homework, and a time to go to bed. Stick to those two times until it becomes a habit. In between, play as much music as you like!

Try to use something else to wake you up, like a cold shower =/, idk.
And music is addicting, just try to think of how much better it would be to do your homework and get a decent amount of sleep, maybe the wanting will take over =]

Throw that CD player away for awhile. Get rid of your clock radio and your MP3 player. If you don't have those things providing you with endless hours of distraction, what do you have? (Find out.)
