no, it will never end, because people have been raised by people who always say something about another race and think about it, it has been hundreds of years since racism happened and we're still talking about it and nothing will ever change what people think about other races. But i see no color or skin, i see people and souls inside them.

One day perhaps. Despite what many groups say it is in their best interest to keep racism alive or those paying positions will end. The only racism I've ever noticed is against me 'cause I'm middle class white. I've been denied positions at work or seeking employment (I've been told as much by insiders) and can't get crap for college assistance. Here's a rule we can live by...if you have red blood, you get equal opportunity...in everything. Politics don't need to be involved, special interest groups can stay at home. If you need proof that my blood or your blood or anyones blood is red it's just a finger prick away. Many cultures, colors and sexes have died and have already shed there red blood to give us those rights. Why don't we just do it that way?

I would say it would take a lot more years to be breeded out. But you are always going to have the diehards that insist on perserving a pure race, so I would say no. Hate is hate...it's been around forever, and you will always find that gay people with encounter some form of racism. It's impossible to please everyone. I have a friend that is half black and half white, and she looks completley black...and guess what? She HATES black people! Go figure!

In my opinion racism will forever be apart of someone's life. Even though now a day's thing have gotten so much better, people still rely on racisim for self- assurance, Without something to complain about the world would be perfect. i feel this is something america can never overcome in today's society.

Much love

No, people like to separate themselves from others, there's some socio-biological evidence for it. 50 years ago Italians and Jews were not considered white. If you think racism is bad in America visit Europe, Asia and Africa. The Golden Rule is tough to live by.

Will never end.

People of many different ethnic backgrounds will keep it going. No one can forget the past. They keep dragging up crap that needs to be let go. They are the ones that keep the sh*t stirred and cause problems and judging most people of today, by the ones that live many years ago. That's were most of your conflicts come from.

Well, we should never forget, it helps us see were we made errors in judgment. But we should forgive and move on with life.

There are many more important things that people could be doing with their lives.

It seems here (a large East Coast city) that rasicm has been replaced by classism. No one really cares anymore about the color of a person's skin, only whether that person has middle class values or not. So maybe it's gone -- and replaced with something else?

unfortuantly, racism will always be a part of the world. Too bad there are so many people who are still so focused on the color of someone's skin or where they live.

It will never end. Sadly it's human nature to fight or argue amongst each other because of differences in race/religion/sex...etc. The list goes on.
