My husband and I are trying to have a baby. Whenever I think I might be pregnant and I have all the symptoms, cramps, implantation spotting, frequent urination, sore BB's, backache, etc... It always ends about one week before my expected period. This has happened 3 times now. I feel pregnant, then I get a high fever with really bad cramps & my period comes 7-10 days early. And my period is ALWAYS a regular 28-29 day cycle.
Has this happened to anyone???
Does anyone know what this is>???
I have asked my Doctor, but he does not have any answers.

Either 1 of 2 things is happening--you are ovulating sooner than you actually think--this would be the most logical answer or you have a luteal phase defect.
Implantation happens on average 8-10 days after ovulation and very very few women have implantation spotting. Pregnancy symptoms can't start until about 2-3 days after implantation.
Fever, sore breasts, cramps, backache, are all signs of PMS.
Frequent urination in pregnancy is caused by the growing uterus putting pressure on the bladder and this doesn't happen til about 6-8 weeks.
Get a thermometer and chart your basal body temps for a cycle or two to see exactly when you are ovulating and exactly how long your luteal phase is.

It is normal that 25% of pregnancies are lost within the first six weeks since the woman's last menstrual period.

Don't worry about it yet. But if this continues you may want to go for a first visit to a specialist to rule out the easy things like chlamydiae. .

It's possible that you are ... I don't know what the correct term is but maybe your'e manifesting the symptoms on your own. Becasue you're looking so hard for them. Ask your Dr. if he can refer you to someone who might know more about it. It's possible that it's a miscarriage but this likely isn't your Dr.s area of speciality.
