How does one relabel PSP artwork and other graphics?

there is a very simple and free viewing program called Infranview.Just type it in search and that will take you to a site where you can download it..also get the plug-ins it offers.when you open a file with it like your psp you can save as ,what ever, use the pull down menu and save as the file you want.
