Fritters! It's the only way to eat spam!

I like to saute fresh garlic, mushrooms, green onion, & jalepeno on the side.in a little olive oil. I cook the spam in a little margarine or butter w/ small amont of real maple syrup till it browns then I top the spam with the suated vegies & eat with some multi-grain bread . Sounds weird but I love it.

as a kid my Mom used to make Spam and noodles. I loved it then but now I can not stand the smell of it.

Okay repeat after me....
SPAM is not for human consumption
we don't really even know what it is,
therefore we really shouldn't even feed it to our dog.
