I would recomend a shorter board because you weigh less than what is normally requiered for a 147. Different companies use different spcifications, so just asking that question is hard to answer, some companies base thier size on height some base it on weight. You can ride a board this size, it depends on what you use it for mostly, if you often have powder this would be a good size but if like to work in the park or grommers than I would use a shorter size. I would recomend about a 144.

I'm 5'6" tall and about 110lbs and I have a 143cm Burton Feather that I've been riding a season now and I love it! It's super light and very easy to maneuvor. It might be just a tad short for me but I'm still a beginner and I find a smaller board easier to handle and great for building confidence! Since you're on the petite end, my advice is to stick with a board less than 147cm.

Each snowboard model should have a chart recommending size based on weight ranges. If you are towards the bottom of a weight range and not an experienced rider, you may want to go one size smaller. If you are a good rider and on the top half of the weight range you may want to consider a size up.
