What email client are you using? Do you know your friends email account password? If not, ask him. Otherwise, do not try to attempt opening someone else's account.

You mean you were trying to log in as your friend and check their email? Maybe you were trying the wrong email service, eg, if your friend is joey@hotmail.com, you have to go to hotmail.com to login and check his email. Or maybe you have the wrong password, or your friend's account isn't set up to be accessed in the way you were trying.

Maybe cuz you didnt have thier password
