"Dale" is in a collection of short stories called "Leaving Home". You can purchase this book almost anywhere: here a few sites online:

http://www.amazon.com/Leaving-Home-Collection-Wobegon-Stories/dp/067081976X
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?dest=9999999997&product_id=519176&sourceid=1500000000000001827190

Also, call the local bookshops in your area - it is a popular book and the likelihood is that you will find it there. Definitely check your library - this may be your most likely source. There is no full text of this short story online, as with most stories, because it would be a copyright infringement against the author and the booksellers and the laws against that are very strict. The title's reference is in reference to a boy who played a main role in Keillor's "Lake Wobegon" series. I cannot find you a full text (or even half) but I can tell you it may be closer in your area than you might think.

All the best. Keillor is terrific!

Try your library. Mr. Keillor's work is subject to copyright protection and it won't be available (legitimately) on the web for free.
