I think they only have one child together...the rest are hers by other marriages.

Likely Christie Brinkley will get sole custody and him visitation.

Mr. Christy Brinkley showed poor judgment by not only having an affair with the 19 year old sales clerk from the toy store he and his wife both shopped at for the kids, he hired the girl for an outrageous amount of money, like $50 an hour, for a job she was not qualified for, which basically was paying to keep her around for his fling/sex toy. When the 19 year old gets tired of being his plaything, has legit grounds to sue him on sexual harrassment in the workplace (even though it is pretty obvious that was the sole reason he hired her in the first place...but since she is "only 19" and he is middle aged the Courts will likely see it as a grown man taking advantage of a young girl).
