Traditionally McKenzie is a boy's name, not a girl's, and it means "son of Kenneth". In recent times it's become unisex. Personally, i don't like it. I think it's been a too popular name for too long.
But you can name your child whatever you want.

Ohh, I babysit a cutie named Makenzie. That child never cries, honestly!
And she so cute
Makenzie Rose
Makenzie Renee
Makenzie Lynn
Makenzie Ann
Stick with 1 syllable middle names when naming her though.

I think it is ok. I have a niece named Kinzie (one of the many variations of McKenzie).

It's cute.... but how about just calling her Kenzie? My niece is Mackenna, and we just call her Kenna all the time.
