First off, Sleeping in a bra CANNOT cause breast cancer. That's ridiculous!
Second, women often wear a bra at all times when they are pregnant. The thinking is that is will give you extra support and prevent stretch marks. While this is not entirely true for stretch marks (I know this from personal experience!) it does help, especially after delivery when your milk comes in.
And no, there is no danger from wearing your bra expect that maybe you will be uncomfortable in bed *smile*
PS. Have you been fitted for a maternity bra? If not, you might not be doing yourself any favors, as most women wear their bras too loose...

Your body needs to air out at night so you should not sleep in a bra at night. If you are large breasted and feel more comfortable in a bra at night then buy a couple sleep bras so that you skin still gets more air than wearing a regular bra at night.

This question has no sense in it. Whether you sleep with Brassiers on or not are all personal prefernces and in India I have seen almost all wearing bra while sleeping. In pregnancy too, there is no scoentific evidence favoring it or objecting it.Yes! Its good for proplr eho wear the tightest of the Bras to hook off their bras atleast during night to ease the muscles!!

It's not good to sleep with a bra. It cuts off circulation, and the blood supply to that area. If your pregnant it's not a good idea to be sleeping with a bra. You should try a firm comfortable camisole to wear to bed at night

absolutely not! I sleep in a bra everynight, the truth is for many of us that it is simply not comfortable to sleep without one on. When pregnant I say definitly sleep with a bra on, just make sure it isn't too tight, and also sleep with extra pillows for extra support.

I've known girls who sleep braless, and with bra's. Some had great busts, some were a bit saggy, but I noticed no correlation between braless over with bra. I would think that a sport bra would be pretty comfortable. Or a tight tank top.

The elastic in the bra can constrict your breathing making sleep less effective because your body will be fighting against it all night.

It wouldnt hurt i guess! dont listen to them saying it gives you breast cancer thats NOT true! Its proberly best to just wear it during the day, it must be uncomfortable wearing it in bed? when your pregnant your breasts get sore so some support maybe good. but its best to be comfortable at night! so take it off when you go to bed hunny!
