Stop feeding her the cereal and fruit, at this age all she needs is breastmilk. You are filling her up with starches and sugars that her stomach is not yet ready to process. When you stop the cereals and fruits she will start to nurse more and your milk supply will increase accordingly. My kids were breastfed completely until about 10 months and they grew fine.

Your baby should still be drinking lots of breastmilk. You multiply 2.5 by her weight. Then she should be getting a minimum of that amount of milk in a day. At this point giving her solids should be just a snack so she can get used to the texture of it... You should nurse her and then give her a few spoons or you can nurse her wait 2 hours and give her fruits. Fruits are really sweet for them and she may just be in love with it. That's why some people prefer you give vegetable first. She needs her milk still and should be drinking more then 12 ounces. If you need to stop the solids for a while. She'll take the milk back. Good luck and congrats on your little one!

she should be drinking more are you pumping? or feeding from the breast?
A 4 month old should have at least 4-6 oz of milk or formula ever 4-5hrs and only give her fruit once a day you can also start her on baby cereal( rice or oatmeal). You can give her stage 1 vegetables too.

Drop the cereal and fruit and just give her milk.

She needs the milk to grow, solids should wait until at least 6 months.

Breastmilk, preferably. But even formula will be better than cereal.

By giving her cereal, she may be filling up on that instead of milk and cereal does not have what babies need to grow.

Take away the fruit. She needs only breastmilk and formula. I give my baby rice cereal mixed with breast milk only because she is not satisfied with milk alone. Your baby should start needing more and more food, but dont start her out with fruit you need to give her vegetables first once she is needing more than milk.

Did you talk to the doctor? How does she do with breastfeeding alone. How is your diet? It could be what you are eating as far as the breastmilk to not want to take in more milk. Since she is 4 months try baby rice cereal, babies can get full off of that alone. You can also mix the baby cereal with breast milk. I hope this helps.

Give her cereal at this age, not fruit, and mix the cereal wtih formula. How do you know how much breastmilk she's getting? Is it pumped and you are using a bottle? Otherwise, maybe she's getting way more milk than you think; you obviously can't measure how much she's drinking when nursing.

Is she having trouble gaining weight? Stop giving her fruit.... just stick to formula/breastmilk until she's 6 months old. At that point start her on rice cereal.

I suggest you add some cereal to her milk, I know she's just 4 months but babies still need that cereal, I gave it to my daughter she was born under weight and she was about your babies age when I started givig her cereal in her milk, and it worked she gained weight, she still is a tiny bopper but she's healthy and that's all that matters
