would it be the same dinner each way? or a different dinner depending on the second choice? and what movie is it? is it cosmic bowling? is the person you are going with a fan of bowling? there are too many questions to make a definitive decision...

Hmmm... I really think that depends on the people. In a new relationship, I HATE going to movies for two reasons: 1 - you might unwittingly pick something that has an awkward scene in it, and 2 - too much NOT talking.
I like the bowling idea better, but I also know some folks don't care for bowling. Still, that's my vote!

First date--dinner with movie.
I would go for bowling with dinner on a first date if you and the date already knew eachother well.
If not, you should wait until you get to know eachother a little better before the bowling with dinner date, unless it's a group date.

you may flow putt putt golf or ice skating. a action picture, bowling and dinner all sound super. in case you had to p.c. i could flow with having pizza on the bowling alley and then a late nighttime action picture.
