there are no instant quick fixes to bad credit. your best place to start is by making an appointment to talk with someone at your own bank. they can put you on the right path. you need to learn to spend wisely, manage the money you do have, live within your income and most importantly learn to save money. once you can deal with that, the very same bank after seeing your good efforts will trust you with small amounts of credit via a credit card. pay those bills timely...and in full each month and your credit score will begin to improve opening more avenues of credit for you. most importantly, don't establish credit you cannot afford. i wish you the very best of luck.

Arrange for 100% financing; obviously your financing is not in place if you don't have the down payment. The mortgage lender can arrange for a 2nd mortgage which will cover the down payment, and should have done so already.
No one here is going to lend you money.
