does it cost you if some one calls you while your cell phone is on roaming?

i just got a new sprint cell phone, but it is roaming in and around my house!!

Yes it most certainly does! Any incoming call is the same as outgoing so whatever your roaming rate is.

Actually it depends on your plan. I have Sprint and with my plan I do not get charged. Call your carrier and double check as this can get very expensive.
