With monsters from fiction looking all almost the same, we must tell the difference between an Extra-terrestial, and a Demon; through both aspects and other desciptions.

An extra terrestrial is a being not from our planet.
A demon is an evil creature from the pits of hell.
You can't really get any more specific. Neither has a specific look to it, just as humans are all different. Some demons and aliens may look alike while others will not. However, usually demons will have the evil look and will have wings. They tend to have a dog face (elongated). Aliens tend to be strange mutated creatures or look similar to a human just with slight, but noticeable differences (big eyes, really tall, really short, unbelievably skinny, not human colored).

Aliens have big eyes, brain washing machine and steal our cows. Demons are Satan's personal minions and treat us like cows.
