Hello. My peers have all offered excellent comments, however, I am going to answer this question in a different manner.

First, you must establish your defintions. What is the pointless inherency that you are speaking of? Are you limiting this question to your actions, your interactions, the actions of others, or the interactions of others?

What I think you are referring to is life (everyday life). Before I continue I want to make you aware that it is possible that everything in our lives is pointless inherency. Why? Because we do not have anything else to compare this existence with and we have no way of knowing the outcome of our lives when this existence expires.

When you have the opportunity to devulge yourself into Sarte and Camus you may agree that life's important components take place on the individual level, after this it may be possible to classify everything in life as pointless inherency. Why is it important to understand the "complete individualist" doctrine? It is important for us to come to the conclusion that everything that occurs around us does not involve us.

In my life I deal with "life's pointless inhrencies" in this manner. I do not involve myself unless it involves me. I have to much going on in my world to be tied up in the affairs of the pointless inherent, the absurd, the trivial, and the superficial aspects of society.

What I cling to most is what I love. These are the things that keep the "pointless inherencies" from dominating me. I love my wife, children, and other family members. I want to make this place a better place for them to live. These are my goals and my strength against the "pointless inherencies" of life. These are the things that keep me going amidst life's "pointless inherencies" and when my world seems to be collapsing around me. I hope this helps.

Something is pointless only because it is not logical to do. In everyday life, we have to know what the purpose of life is to make sense of what we do. For example, you ride the car or the bus but you don't know where you are going or why you are there.
This is pointless. But if you are an actor and you know the script
and what character you are playing and what the story line is from beginning to end, you are competent and have the skill of acting , the you become confident and will be very good at what you do and even improvise in your acting of the particular character you are playing, then you become the director, producer and actor in your own production later on. In life, we have to know why we are here, the role that we play, what the producer and director of Life wants to accomplish by creating us then, align all our actions to that to achieve the goal. Then, there's point in existence. Then your life become meaningful and then you start co-creating happiness, infite happiness with everyone you come in contact with....

I have found that the pointlessness only becomes an issue when you are thinking about the consequences of your actions in the extremely long term. "What is the point of being happy when I'll die in the next 70 years?" However you can make a difference now, or in the next 5 years or even then 100 years, and whilst it may ultimately achieve nothing, surely if it improves your and other peoples lives, even for a short time it is worth doing.

(just a thought)

you use the fact that inherently things are pointless to create a personal meaning for yourself that reveals what you are. now, you are doing things not because of some meaning seperate from you, but because of what it does mean to you.

if you do x because of some outside meaning then x isn't really important to you, but if there is no inherent meaning then what you do, the stances you take, your everyday life becomes meaningful because you give it meaning by doing it, and by your attitude towards it.

so the pointlessness of life becomes source of exhilerating liberation and freedom to create yourself.

Expand your circle, expand your view of the world and life itself.
More your read, listen and experience, you will find many many things you don't know. If you have a sense of curiosity, you will feel that there are so much you don't know and you would want to learn more about them.

Some people spent their life in researching about science, physics, astronomy, etc.
Some people spent much of their time cooking and making cuisine to their liking.
Some people spent much of their time making music and learning different instruments.

Those people are exploring their interests into different area and dimensions. They all have one thing in common, they found their interests and have a passion for them.

Right now, you have not find something that you like, so expand your live and your circle. Try to discover yourself.

There is more than one way to live a life-choose a life that does not have an "every day" drone like way of being attached to it.
Step out of the box, out of your comfort zone if you want to create a shift in your existence.
