You probably need a new video card as the one you ciurrently have is not supported. the mimimum system requirements are as follows:

Minimum System Requirements
* CD-ROM: 0X CD-ROM
* CPU: 1.4 gigahertz (GHz) or higher
* Hard Drive Space: 0 MB
* DVD-ROM: 0X DVD-ROM
* Other: Microsoft Windows XP, video card with Shader 1.1 support
* RAM: 256 MB RAM
* Video Memory: 64 MB VRAM
