I would say it's more a matter of impulse control. If it really creates a problem for you, such as being compelled to do it during inconvenient times (hiding in the bathroom at work, etc.), then make a "date" with yourself to do it at a more appropiate time and place. And it's definately not RAPE!

If you masturbate, you do it because you want to. You say you don't want to. Is this idea a product of your upbringing? If it is, then the idea is wrong. Masturbation is a normal part of life and, although just about all males will deny doing it, the vast majority do. I can't speak for females, but ALL males either do it or have done it at one time or the other. This includes gays, straights, married, single, etc. My advice to you is that if it feels good, then do it. YOU CAN NOT RAPE YOURSELF!! If you rape yourself does that mean you can take yourself to court? Seriously. It is a built in system that you need love too if you cant have a partner.. Seriously....
