Take it regularly under medical advise, It is advisable to start after a week of ur periods.

What do you mean exactly? Do you mean starting pills? Or what? Are you irregular? Elaborate more please.

If you are irregular, give it time for the pills (at least two pill packs) to get it on track with your pill cycle.

If you are just starting taking pills, most doctors have you start taking them the sunday AFTER your period ENDS. Some have started it while on their period and nothing bad has happened to them.
