He was driving through a green light and from his right through a red light come a car ambulance with no siren and no flashing light as he was on a silent run he was going at least 35-40mph, & crashed in to the side of my dads making a lot of damage about £5000 worth ( VW Golf ) there must be something he can do or prosecute.... as there is no way the ambulance driver should have do this thought a red light at 18:30pm ( when everyones leaving work!) with no siren of lights!

here in Canada the green means you may enter the intersection if it is safe to do so , in your fathers case it was not , he may have a chance in court but the right of way is not a given. good luck
