Yes ... e-mail requires storage space if it is stored on your computer. However, unless you are using Outlook, Outlook Express or a similar program your e-mail isn't even stored on your computer. It's on your e-mail server's hard drive.

In other words, Yahoo mail (for example) is stored on Yahoo's computers, not yours. Don't worry too much about space requirements, ordinary e-mail doesn't take up much space unless it's loaded with attachments or background pictures and music and that sort of nonsense.

Unless you have a really old computer with a small (2GB) hard drive, you should have no issues storing a years worth of messages.

4 recommendations... a million- reproduction into the floppy disk 2- drag and drop in to the floppy disk rigidity 3- report save as, then save your report onto the floppy disk rigidity 4- proper click on the report, then deliver to floppy disk rigidity wish it helps :)
