Noooo!!! Whith leaving the foreskin retracted you can cause a condition known as paraphimosis. That is a swelling of the glance which can be very, VERY painful. So after cleaning the glans pull the foreskin back.
By the way I`m a doctor.

There are 2 questions here. 1 is the fact that you are so young and should not be fooling around so intimately with your girlfriend yet. Secondly you have a minor abrasion and tear to you foreskin because of the 'dry humping' you were doing. Your penis will heal. Your foreskin is a tender area and it is doubtful you need to see a doctor for this. Give it a little time and it will heal itself. You should take care when masturbating in the next week or so until the tears are healed. You should be careful not to be over-vigorous and do it gently so the foreskin stretches rather than tears. In the longer term you may need see your doctor if the foreskin becomes too tight. He or she may recommend a circumcision - which is not the end of the world - but give yourself time to heal and see how things develop. In the meantime, you should forget about sex until you are both ready for it and that is clearly not yet.

Yes, that's fine. If the foreskin is short, then it's often more comfortable. For men with a larger foreskin, it tends to roll forward anyway of its own accord.
The only problem with keeping it retracted is that you will eventually have the same problem as a circumcised male - the head of the penis will develop a protective layer of keratin, which is insensitive. This reduces the feeling in the head of the penis.

It's okay, but it really defeats the protective function of the foreskin. Better to let it go and retract only when erect, when urinating, and when cleaning it. That will keep your glans (head) silky and sensitive.

It's good for hygiene and for desensitizing the glans.
In fact who aspires to have longer sexual acts just use such method, which on the contrary, isn't right and proper for who has erectile dysfunction or low libido.
