I would like to download a song I heard 3 years ago. Some of the lyrics are: "Hi, my name is George W. Bush. I want to b--mb Iraq. When the world says no, I say, 'yeah, whateva!" It's definitely not a mainstream song; it's more like a mocking-joke song.

Who's the artist? What's the actual name of the song in case I got it wrong?
Bush admirers, please don't send me angry responses/answers. Remember, it's a free country.

I don't know the song, I'm sorry, but I thought you might appreciate this Joke:

One day George W. Bush saw a man who had a long white beard, a staff and two stone tablets in his hands.
"Are you Moses?" asked George. The man just stared off in another direction.
"Are you Moses?" George inquired again. But the man continued to look elsewhere.
Intrigued, George more forcefully demanded, "Are you Moses!?" At that the man reluctantly replied "Yes."
"Why did you not answer me before?" said George.
"Well," replied Moses, "the last time I spoke with a bush I had to spend 40 years in the wilderness!"

I'm not a Bush admirer, but that sounds like a really stupid song. If somebody is going to bash Bush, they should come up with something more intelligent.
