Lesbian couples have many more options than a gay couple. Lesbians have the option of finding a donor. That is what I believe is the best way for a lesbian couple. A gay couple needs to find a host. This can be very hard. HBO did a wonderful special on this and it was very interesting. I cannot remember the name of it, but I am sure you can find it on their website.

For lesbians, the best option would be artificial insemination. For sodomites, no way! They would have to negotiate with straight or gay woman to have his child the conventional way or thru artificial insemination of his own sperm. In other words, get a surrogate mother.

Best way is to find someone you trust a lot. For gay couples it's a woman, for lesbian couples it's a man, (Clearly ;-p)have them sign an agreement that waives any paternity/maternity privelage. The next step is either pay the sperm donor, or pay and subsidize the surrogate mother for the next nine months. When the baby is born, barring any complications, it's yours and ready to go! I would guess surrogacy but also say that it's not fair on a child in this situation because although there is nothing morally wrong with a gay couple raising kids, it's denies the child the benefit of having strong male and female role models throughout their development and could stunt their ability to judge a secure and healthy male-female relationships.
No offence intended but because of this reason alone I believe it irresponsible for gay or lesbian couples to be allowed to raise children.

Respectfully, realize the reasoning that a penis and a butt hole cant produce a child, nor can a vagina and a vagina. There is a natural reason for this. It is not rocket science. Dont chose to subject a child to the sordid environment of your chosen lifestyle. You are making your choices, please dont make the choice for a child to be brought up in a homosexual home just because you sincerely feel you can teach it homosexuality is justifiable and society is unjustified to think otherwise. Live your life and make your own choices, and give children the right to be born and brought up by the initial origin of the father and mother concept rather than the altered concept you chose to live by.

It is my understanding that they can:
Fertilize one of the women in a female gay couple (or she can have a friend do this).
Arrange to have someone carry the child from sperm of one of the male gay couples.
Choose to have an egg and sperm from anonymous donors implanted in a willing participant.
Probably other ways as well...but that is a good start.

A couple that is friends of mine, got artifically inseminated thru her insurance. THey had to provide a donor, but the insurance ( she worked at US Bank ant the time) paid for the procedures... and they just had a healty baby girl!!

Your lady friend can get injected and be preggers... My friend did that ...I forget what its called...but she is about to have triplets...I am so excited...Or you could find someone that you trust 1 billion % and ask if they will have the baby for you or whatever. I would have a baby for a gay couple....just think about it this way... your kids will have an open mind as long as you tell them that being gay is a choice... for all the people say don't....I would hate to be there kids...living with such 1 minded people...its sad.
